Lindsay Lohan has officially checked out of the Cirque Lodge rehab center that’s been her home for the past 9+ weeks.
The Mean Girls actress was spotted wearing a short black dress as she and her dad, Michael Lohan, hauled out the luggage and loaded up a white Hummer.

A nasty rumor surfaced on the net saying that 14-year old Miley told teen magazine J-14 “I’m going to take good care of my baby. I’ve already gained 7 pounds. I was in real shock when it happened accidentally. I went a little too far. I’m sorry to all of my fans.”
Miley’s rep and J-14 have dragged the rumor to the dirt, with both releasing statements that it’s not true. J-14’s statement said that someone doctored the page of the magazine which showed the supposed pregnancy.

This is the funniest rumor I’ve heard this week–actually this month. Nick Carter has apparently been telling friends that he’s been ’seeing’ Britney Spears for a couple of weeks. Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has vowed to quit Hollywood in a bid to stay clean from drugs, according to her father. Michael Lohan reunited with his daughter earlier this month in Utah, where the Freaky Friday star is seeking counseling at the Cirque Lodge treatment center. To have your entire life played out in newspapers and crappy magazines would be a nightmare for anyone… Lindsay Lohan is a beautiful young girl…with a bright future in front of her and an awful addiction that keeps pulling her backward… This would be difficult for anyone but twice as hard for someone in the public eye. I wish her all the best, and pray that she has the strength to persevere and succeed. But as much as I speak of strength it has to be mental strength and inner belief and conviction that she wants to get out of this mess no matter what she has to sacrifice and however difficult it will be, or else she’ll just keeping coming out and then going back in.
